Happy Valley, OR — In a final debate against State Representative Janelle Bynum, Democratic candidate for Oregon’s 5th Congressional District, Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer was unable to answer what a GOP congress has delivered for OR-05.
Chavez-DeRemer is part of the least productive Congress in history. She supported partisan legislation that, if passed, would have stopped border agents from being able to carry out the basic functions of their jobs. She’s embraced Donald Trump, even after he ordered Senate Republicans to blow up a Bipartisan border agreement simply so he could campaign on the issue in the election season.
Bynum will put Oregonians first and be part of a successful Congress that delivers for OR-O5.
